The Graduation Requirements consist in the successful completion of a minimum of 44 credit hours with two final alternatives:

1. ARCH 60101 - Graduate Design Studio I (6)
2. ARCH 60301 - Theories of Architecture (3)
3. ARCH 65001 - Professional Practice: Real Estate & Development (2)
4. ARCH 65002 - Professional Practice: Contract & Planning Law (3)
5. ARCH 65003 - Professional Practice: Leadership & Ethics (2)
6. ARCH 65004 - Professional Practice: Office & Financial Management (3)
7. ARCH 56995 - ST: Professional Practice

with a final Master Project, consisting in a comprehensive architectural design project, with a "real client":

1. ARCH 60150 - Project Programming (3)
2. ARCH 60103 - Graduate Design Studio III (9)

The remaining 12 credit hours must be taken from electives in an Area of Concentration.
