Students in the CPA 16 program must earn at least a total of 16 credit hours.
The required courses (6 credit hours) are:
60201 History & Philosophy of Preservation (4)
60205 Preservation Legislation and Policies (2)
The other 10 credit hours must be earned from courses in Preservation in not less than 3 other courses.
Students in the M.Arch. PPS 32 in Preservation program must earn a total of 32 credit hours, which include the required courses for the Certificate, an Independent Study (a design project in Preservation Architecture) and a Final Project (Thesis, Capstone or Research).
Students are required to agree on a specific Course of Study with the Graduate Coordinator, to be approved by the Graduate Studies Committee prior to the beginning of the program. Please, contact CAED Graduate Secretary for details on registration for coursework.
